Philipp Grimm is a Global Transformation Sales Lead at Concentrix, specializing in transformative BPO, Tech, and Service deals worldwide. They joined Teleperformance in 2018 as VP Global Business Development and later became SVP, overseeing the Fintech sector in Europe and the B2B Sales line of business. With over a decade of experience in the BPO space, Philipp has excelled in roles such as Transition Management and Account Management, delivering tailored customer experience solutions to major global brands. They also served as a part-time lecturer in Service Management at the University of Bayreuth from 2017 to 2022. Philipp holds a Master in Economics and has completed a Senior Management Program at Babson College.
