Rashi Rastogi

Rashi Rastogi is a seasoned Workforce Management Senior Leader with over two decades of experience in client operations, currently leading Global Workforce Management teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Japan at Concentrix since January 2003. Previous roles include serving as a Guest Relations Executive with The Oberoi Group, where Rashi played a key role in the commissioning of the Front Office and Guest Relations department, and an internship at The Ashok Hotel. Rashi holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from IHMCT Kovalam, awarded the Director's Talent - Top Performer Award, and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
