Red L. commenced a career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in 2009, starting as a Frontline Support Agent and advancing to Team Leader roles across various channels, including Email, Chat, and Voice. Currently, Red is an Operations Manager Trainee at Concentrix and has previously served as a Director of Operations. Red holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Asia Pacific College, complemented by degrees in Mass Communication and Electronics Technology. An objective learner and servant leader, Red has pursued further training in Coaching for Excellence and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
