Robert Robson

Robert Robson is a seasoned global leader in consumer outsourcing with over 15 years of experience in the telecom industry. Currently serving as Associate Director at Concentrix, they manage a team of 5 and oversee a revenue stream of £340 million annually. Previously, as Global Head of Consumer Outsource at Virgin Media O2, they led a successful operation of 4,000 FTE and managed a budget of £200 million while generating £1.5 billion in annual revenue. Robert also held the position of Senior Partner Operations Manager at Virgin Media, where they were responsible for 2,000 FTE and a £50 million budget. They hold degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Tynemouth College.
