Ron Lambert

Ron Lambert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product strategy and management within the technology and communication sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Strategy at Concentrix since October 2020, Ron has previously held prominent roles including Director of Contact Center Strategy at Intrado, where responsibilities included leading the CCaaS portfolio and driving product investments. Ron's background also includes significant achievements at Convergys, where leadership spanned multiple product management roles, including the development of a Cloud Contact Center solution and intelligent call routing. Early career experience at Intervoice involved directing Business Intelligence product development. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from McPherson College.
