Ron Poliquit

Ron Poliquit serves as the Learning and Development Lead at Concentrix since March 2022, focusing on customer experience. Previously, Ron worked as a Sourcing Specialist at AMS from 2009 to 2011, where responsibilities included screening candidates and collaborating with New York counterparts. From January 2012 to March 2022, Ron held the position of Talent Management Specialist at Concentrix Philippines, enhancing employee productivity through training programs and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, completed between 1991 and 1999.
