Ruben Ebriega

Ruben Ebriega is an experienced Learning & Development and Talent Management Leader with a solid background in the outsourcing and offshoring industry. They previously served as Sr. Manager and Associate Director of Talent Management at Concentrix, where they led strategic initiatives and managed teams focused on various Talent Management processes. They also held roles at Convergys, including Team Leader and Talent Manager, where they facilitated leadership development and managed talent governance across multiple sites. Ruben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from AMA University.
