Sara Dias

Sara Dias is a Senior HR Business Partner at Concentrix, where they focus on human dynamics, supporting teams and managers in growth, engagement, and transformation since 2020. They have led strategic HR initiatives across four entities, enhancing performance and talent management, while also managing a team of HR assistants. Previously, Sara held various HR roles, including at NeoSpheres, Webhelp, Mobidecor, and Société Générale, gaining extensive experience in personnel administration, payroll management, and SIRH support. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Pôle Paris Alternance and has completed additional HR-related studies at Institut Catholique de Paris and Université Paris Nanterre.
