Scott Spera

Scott Spera is the Director of Analytic Consulting at Concentrix, where they have directed a team of analysts since 2001. They have utilized various data science tools to uncover insights linking service experiences with financial drivers, supporting strategic accounts across multiple industries. In addition to their role at Concentrix, Scott is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati, where they teach HR Analytics to MBA students. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a B.S. in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
