Sebastien Laporte possesses extensive experience in customer service and technical support management, having held significant roles at various companies. At Vonage, from November 2005 to June 2009, Sebastien successfully launched and managed the Canada Technical Support team while overseeing a substantial team and contributing to operational expansions. Prior to that, at Bell Sympatico, Sebastien worked as a Team Leader in Technical Support, and briefly served as Call Center Manager at Neopost, enhancing customer service operations. Most recently, in 2022, Sebastien functioned as Site Director and Senior Operations Manager at Concentrix, leading a large call center and earning certifications in customer experience standards. Additionally, Sebastien held a Team Leader position at Ricoh Canada Inc. and holds a College Diploma in Computer Programming from John Abbott College.
