Shafaq Ihtesham

Shafaq Ihtesham is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in various supportive roles. Currently working as a Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix since July 2023 and serving as a Registered Psychotherapist at Sukoon and the Toronto Psychology Clinic since 2025, Shafaq has previously held positions including Supervised Therapist at St. Michael's Homes and Psychologist for the Government of Delhi. With a solid foundation in counseling and psychological interventions, Shafaq has conducted individual and group therapy sessions, developed therapeutic action plans, and organized numerous workshops in mental health. Educational qualifications include a B.A. Hons in Psychology and an M.A. in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a recent qualification from the Mennonite New Life Centre.
