Sofia Gidoff-Kempe

Sofia Gidoff-Kempe serves as the Associate Director of People Solutions for Nordics and Baltics at Concentrix since February 2024. Previously, Sofia held the position of Head of HR at Samres AB and Dynava AB from October 2022 to February 2024 and worked as HR-chef at Samres AB from April 2009 to September 2022, where responsibilities included recruitment, competence development, payroll, labor law, and strategic policy development. Prior to these roles, Sofia was Personalansvarig at Widmark & Platzer AB, focusing on project control and accounting, and engaged in recruitment at Hagakure Network AB. Sofia holds a Filosofie kandidat degree in sociology from Stockholm University and has further education as an HR Business Partner specializing in competencies, performance management, talent management, and change management.
