Sonaal Pandit

Sonaal Pandit is the Director of Sales and Account Management at Concentrix, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, Sonaal held various positions within Concentrix, including GM & Project Executive and Associate Director, focusing on customer relationship management and operational excellence. They also have extensive experience in recruitment leadership at both Concentrix Corp and WNS. Sonaal earned an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources from the Fore School of Management and studied Cost Accountancy and Financial Accountancy at Harvard University.
