Sourav Bit

Sourav Bit is a Lead Training & Quality professional at Concentrix India, where they focus on training delivery and managing the transition of newly hired trainees to production. Since being promoted to a process SPOC, they have handled client relations, process suggestions, and validations through impact analysis. They also manage training needs assessments and update briefing documents as required for new processes. Previously, Sourav worked as a Civil Site and Quality Engineer and gained experience in building construction and operations roles. Sourav holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College.
