Stephanie Micu

Stephanie Micu is the Associate Director at Concentrix, where they previously held the position of Manager until 2020. Prior to their current role, Stephanie worked at Convergys from 2007 to 2012, serving as a Team Leader and later as an Associate Manager in Operational Performance Analytics. They began their career at Peoplesupport in customer service roles, quickly gaining recognition as a Subject Matter Expert. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, which they earned in 2007.
