Urooj Fatima

Urooj Fatima is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in training, marketing, and communications. Currently serving as a Trainer and Content Moderator at Concentrix since January 2024, Urooj also holds multiple Marketing and Communication Head positions across various organizations including SPIDER Holdings, AdNest, Night Go, and Gym Go since January 2023. Previously, Urooj was the General Secretary for the Monash University Student Association from January 2023 to September 2023 and worked as an Event Coordinator at 180 Degrees Consulting KL from August 2022 to April 2023. Additional experience includes a Business Development Internship at BOS Alliance Sdn Bhd and content creation for Monash Career Peer. Urooj holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce in International Business Management from Monash University Malaysia, along with relevant qualifications from Institut Sinaran and Maktab Nasional.
