Victor Ramirez

Victor Ramirez is currently the Country Head for Guatemala at Concentrix, where they oversee operations. Previously, they held positions including Senior Director of Operations at Webhelp and Assistant Vice President at Genpact. Victor began their career as an Auditor Interno at LLAMASA and later served as Credit and Collections Manager at Mabe Corporativo. They hold an MBA from Universidad EAFIT and a Master of Finance Administration from Universidad Mariano Gálvez, where they also completed their Certified Public Auditor degree.
