Ben Arneson

Ben Arneson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at CONCEPT Advanced Manufacturing Solutions since December 2025, Ben previously held the position of Global Finance Director at Bosch Security and Safety Systems from February 2024 to December 2025. Prior to that, Ben was with Winnebago Industries, where responsibilities included Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for Winnebago Outdoors and Finance Manager for the Motorhome Division from February 2019 to February 2024. Ben’s career began at Cargill, where tenures included Transaction Management Settlement Manager and Senior Operations Analyst from June 2006 to February 2019. Ben holds an M.B.A. from St. Cloud State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
