Andy Barker has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as Managing Director at Concept Projects Group since January 2020 and Director at Arena Packaging Projects since September 2017. Under Andy's leadership, Arena Packaging has become part of Concept Projects Group, specializing in turnkey project management and packaging engineering. Andy previously held key roles at The Hut Group and Unilever, where responsibilities included managing complex CapEx projects, strategic planning, and leading cross-functional teams. Andy's early career included significant project management and innovation roles at Unilever, enhancing expertise in budget management, procurement, and safety standards. Andy holds a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
