John Hicks is a motivated and adaptable engineer with extensive experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing environment. They have held various roles, including Senior Project Manager at Concept Projects Group since 2024, and have previously worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at Muller Milk & Ingredients in 2021. Prior to that, John gained valuable experience at Unilever, where they served as a Project Delivery Engineer, focusing on innovation and operational improvement projects in the powder detergent sector. John began their career as an Engineering Apprentice while completing a Bachelor of Science degree at The Open University, finishing in 2013.
