Shelby Smith has experience as a Solutions Engineer and Salesforce Consultant at Concept Services. Prior to this, Shelby worked at IgnitionOne as a Marketing Coordinator, Pardot Administrator, Sales Operations New Business Developer, and Sales Intern. Shelby also has experience as a Printing Services Assistant at The University of Akron, Myers School of Art, and as a Marketing Communications Intern at Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from The University of Akron.
