Jay M.

Jay M. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, with their most recent role being a Senior Support Engineer at Concept Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Leidos as a Senior Unix/Application Support Administrator for almost 10 years. In this role, Jay provided Unix support to a federal health agency, working with DB2, Oracle databases, and WebSphere application teams. Jay also supported MQ and various Business Objects and Informatica-based programs. Before that, they were a Unix Administrator at Keane Federal Systems and a Solaris Administrator at the House of Representatives, where they worked on a Sun Solaris Enterprise-level upgrade project and performed hardware installations. Jay also gained experience as a Solaris Administrator at the Social Security Administration and as a Network Engineer at the United States Department of Agriculture.

Jay M. attended North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 1980 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
