Gerald Schulz

Gerald Schulz is an experienced facilitator and network coordinator, currently employed at Conceptboard since November 2022. Over a career spanning several decades, Schulz has held various roles focused on facilitation, coaching, and organizational development, including work as a trainer and coach since May 2000 and as a transformations/digital expert at Work4Germany in 2022. With extensive experience in leading workshops, design and execution of training programs, and organizational processes, Schulz has contributed to substantial change initiatives in both private and public sectors. Previous positions include senior roles at Deutsche Bank, overseeing training and coaching initiatives, as well as leadership in community and non-profit settings. Schulz holds a degree as a Bankbetriebswirt from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a degree as a Bankkaufmann from Oberstufenzentrum Banken und Versicherungen Berlin-Tiergarten.
