Clare Cunningham

Clare Cunningham has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Clare is currently working at conceptcsi since September 2020 as the Head of Corporate Finance and Operations. In this role, they are responsible for preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting and finance reporting, managing month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring tax compliance.

Prior to this, Clare worked at Arqenta Inc. from September 2020, where they held the position of Head of Corporate Finance and Operations.

Before joining Arqenta Inc., Clare worked at DKS Construction Inc. from April 2017 to September 2020. During their time at DKS Construction, Clare held various roles including Project Finance Manager and Office Manager. As a Project Finance Manager, they tracked the financial management of projects, managed project proposals and contracts, handled billing applications, processed checks for vendors and subcontractors, and conducted payment analysis and reconciliation. As the Office Manager, Clare trained administrative staff, prepared payroll, managed subcontractors, handled HR duties, and maintained business licenses.

Prior to their role at DKS Construction, Clare briefly worked at Alliant Insurance Services in the Insurance Payable - Premium Accounting Department. Clare also worked at RW Smith & Co, Corporate Office in the Accounts Payable Department.

Clare's earliest work experience was at permanent tsb, where they served as a Banking Administrator - Quality Checking from August 2014 to August 2015.

Clare Cunningham obtained a BBs (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Limerick Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Clare then pursued a Qualified Financial Advisor – Loans Completed degree from the Institute of Bankers, Ireland, completing it from 2014 to 2015. In 2020, Clare obtained a Business Consultant Certificate from IAP Career College.
