Kaleb Barker

Kaleb Barker is an experienced agronomist currently working at Syngenta since May 2024 and serving as a Senior Up-Potting Tech at Conception Nurseries since November 2024. Previously, Kaleb held the position of Grower at Mastronardi Produce from August 2023 to April 2024 and was also a Grower at AppHarvest from June 2021 to August 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Grower at Metrolina Greenhouses INC and estate gardening positions at Bland Landscaping Company and Lockhart Property Management. Kaleb began a career as a Farm Hand with a private company from 2012 to 2017.
