Jane Osborne-Buglear

Jane Osborne-Buglear serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Quantum Motion since November 2022 and is actively involved as an Advisor at Conception X and as a Board Member at P4 Precision Medicine Accelerator and Capital Enterprise. With experience as Principal at Octopus Ventures and as an Advisor for Pometry and TurinTech AI, Jane has also held significant roles including Chairman of the Board at IDEALondon and Vice Dean at University College London. Jane's leadership experience extends to serving as President of NetworktheWorld.Foundation from 2010 to November 2019. Jane's educational credentials include being a Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Institution of Engineering and Technology, alongside holding the Chartered Engineer designation from the Engineering Council and a BSc (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey.
