Melissa Siah

Melissa Siah is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, consulting, and mentorship. Currently a Co-Founder and Consultant at Syntacog since August 2016, Siah also mentors at FemTech Lab and Aerospace Xelerated while serving as an Expert at Conception X since April 2022. Previous roles include Head of Product at Plexus and Chief Product Officer at Element Human. At Exari Systems, Siah excelled as Senior Product Manager in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on data modeling and creating the Universal Contract Model to enhance contract value extraction. Siah's early career involved significant positions at the Australian Communications and Media Authority and a legal practice, supported by a combined Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
