Thiago Ebel

Thiago Ebel is the Director of Technology and Innovation at Concepts NREC. Previously, Thiago held roles such as Associate Principal Aerodynamics Engineer and Lead Turbomachinery Research Engineer at Dyson, where they contributed to next-generation turbomachinery technologies. Their extensive experience includes founding Fluxus Engineering, serving as Technical Director, and handling various engineering roles across multiple companies, such as Creative Solutions Ltda and Doutor-IE. Thiago has been actively involved in mentoring and training emerging engineers while also hosting the Entropy to Work podcast. They are currently pursuing an exchange program at Curtin University.
