Scott Lubinski

Scott Lubinski has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Scott currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at CONCERN - Professional Services for Children, Youth and Families since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Administration at CONCERN Professional Services from August 2011 to July 2019, overseeing various programs related to child welfare.

Before joining CONCERN, Lubinski worked as the Associate Director of Foundations at International Schools Services from April 2009 to June 2011. Scott also held the role of Property Association Manager/Land Sales at Double Diamond Resorts from March 2008 to January 2009.

Lubinski's earlier experience includes serving as CEO at Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc from July 2001 to March 2008. During their tenure, they achieved numerous accomplishments, including negotiating affiliation agreements, registering as a charity, and developing IT systems for various programs.

Scott also worked as the Executive Director and Finance Manager at Northumberland/Montour Training Services from May 1997 to July 2001, where they managed all aspects of the Job Training Partnership Act within two counties.

Lubinski began their career at the Northumberland County Controller's Office, where they served as an Accountant/Auditor-In-Charge from May 1987 to May 1993. In this role, they handled financial accounting and managed audits of row offices and district justices. Scott also served as an Internal Auditor, conducting audits for single audits.

Scott Lubinski attended Capital College, Pennsylvania State University from 1983 to 1987. Scott pursued a degree in Professional Accountancy, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management.
