Scott Lubinski

Scott Lubinski has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Scott currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at CONCERN - Professional Services for Children, Youth and Families since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Administration at CONCERN Professional Services from August 2011 to July 2019, overseeing various programs related to child welfare.

Before joining CONCERN, Lubinski worked as the Associate Director of Foundations at International Schools Services from April 2009 to June 2011. Scott also held the role of Property Association Manager/Land Sales at Double Diamond Resorts from March 2008 to January 2009.

Lubinski began their career at the Northumberland County Controller's Office, where they served as an Accountant/Auditor-In-Charge from May 1987 to May 1993. In this role, they handled financial accounting and managed audits of row offices and district justices. Scott also served as an Internal Auditor, conducting audits for single audits.
