Jay Murchison

Jay began his career in the IT industry more than 20 years ago. Since then, he has worked for local and global corporations and held various positions in sales and account management, but his real passion has always been networking.

As an owner of Concero, Jay created the culture and work environment that he has always wanted — lots of camaraderie, competition, and opportunity for financial and career success. And while success has many facets, Jay measures his through his team. From coaching each employee to achieve their best to find the right candidates for Concero’s clients, it takes a team that is engaged, excited, and people-focused.

Jay earned a business degree in management from the University of Missouri, where he was a two-sport letterman (football and track). He was a four-year starter for the Mizzou Tigers football program.

Jay is only one junior college credit away from being a Rocket Scientist and Brain Surgeon.
