Ryan O'Connor

Ryan O'Connor has had a diverse range of work experience. Ryan started their career as a Pirate of the Caribbean at Walt Disney World. Ryan then worked as a Regional Supervisor at Community Pool Services, where they managed multiple facilities and supervised a large team. After that, Ryan transitioned to SECU, where they served as a Loan Servicing Specialist and worked closely with clients to meet their financial needs. Following their time at SECU, Ryan became a Systems Administrator at Clinical Site Services, where they maintained the network infrastructure and ensured compliance with security standards. Ryan then joined Expedient as a Monitoring Analyst, responsible for monitoring and maintaining various platforms. Ryan also served as a Team Leader at Expedient, providing training, scheduling coverage, and performing performance reviews. After leaving Expedient, Ryan worked as an IT Field Tech at Data-Tech and as an IT Support Specialist at EMSI - Electrostim Medical Services, Inc. Currently, Ryan is an Information Technology Support Specialist at Concertium.

Ryan O'Connor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Fallsmeade Elementary and Winston Churchill High School, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for those institutions.
