Hugo Valk

Hugo Valk is a seasoned technology professional with significant experience in software development and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Software Developer at both Arrive and Concise since July 2022, Hugo previously held the position of Junior Software Developer at Nortal from April 2021 to July 2022, working on projects such as Smart-ID and Mobiil-ID. Hugo's earlier career includes serving as a Kitesurf Instructor and Surf Camp Manager at Surf Center, where responsibilities included teaching kitesurfing and managing surf camps. Furthermore, Hugo gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at SEB in summer 2020. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, completed in 2022.
