Anna Esbjørn is the Cities Transition Lead at CONCITO, Denmark's leading green think tank, where they focus on building partnerships and projects for sustainable urban development. With a career spanning 25 years, Anna has managed initiatives like DK2020 and the Climate Alliance, assisting Danish municipalities in creating climate action plans aligned with the Paris Agreement. They have also held roles such as Program Manager and Program Director at CONCITO and have worked with various organizations, including the Danish Architecture Centre and the Danish Town Planning Institute. Anna serves as a board member for both the Danish Town Planning Institute and DM BIO, and they are an external examiner at Roskilde University.
