Mike Niland

Mike Niland, MS, CSP, is a seasoned HSE Director at Conco Services, LLC, where they lead corporate safety strategy across industrial services both domestically and internationally. With over a decade of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within high-risk industries, Mike has previously held safety roles at NorthStar Recovery Services and Phoenix Alternative Energy. A military veteran, they served as a Crew Chief in the Louisiana Army National Guard from 2014 to 2020. Mike holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and is currently pursuing further studies in the same field.
