Rick Schultz, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Workforce Engineering & Support at Concora Credit, where responsibilities include overseeing Endpoint Engineering and End User Support services, emphasizing cloud technologies, AI, and proactive problem-solving. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at San Diego State University, where Rick drove ITSM best practices and led diversity and inclusion initiatives, and a successful tenure at Standard & Poor's, managing IT support operations across the EMEA region and achieving significant operational efficiencies. Rick's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding and selling a co-working space, leveraging MBA expertise in strategy and innovation.
