Mediation enables parties to enter a dialogue that is focused and productive. Mediation provides a process for positive change by diffusing emotions and exploring options in order to resolve conflict.

Concord Mediation Center offers problem solving processes for families and businesses in Douglas and Sarpy Counties in Nebraska. 

We create pathways of constructive dialogue and conflict resolution through consensus building activities of mediation, facilitation and education.

Concord Mediation Center is the approved center of the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Office of Dispute Resolution for Douglas and Sarpy Counties.  Since 1999, Concord Mediation Center has provided exceptional service in mediation, facilitation and conflict resolution training.
