Prior to this role, Michael worked as City Manager at Diamond Parking from March 2007 to September 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing city operations and ensuring service quality.

Following three decades of managing major parking facilities at regional shopping centres, educational facilities, and large office complexes throughout B.C. and Alberta, Concord (Acquired by Paladin Security in March 2017) formed a separate parking management division under the name Concord Parking in 2011. Concord Parking’s mandate is to provide clients with specialized parking management services designed to: Enhance customer parking experience utilizing best in industry technology.
