Ryan has held positions ranging from English Teacher to VP of Revenue Operations, where they have demonstrated their ability to optimize sales processes, manage teams, and drive growth through strategic initiatives. Their experience includes managing sales teams, handling complex contracts, and optimizing Salesforce profiles and dashboards to track KPIs.

Ryan Smith completed a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Willamette University in 2007. Ryan then pursued an International Master of Business Administration (IMBA) in International Business from IE Business School in 2013-2014. In 2017, they also obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt from Lean Leadership Institute.
