Dan Arom

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Dan leads a team who supports Concord's Sales and Delivery efforts throughout the lifecycle of service engagements. The Operations department oversees everything from contracts and compliance to management information systems and IT infrastructure.

Dan joined Concord in 2007, having spent several years in the healthcare industry with Medica Health Insurance, Allina Health Systems, UnitedHealth Group, and University of Minnesota Department of Surgery. Prior to Concord, Dan designed and implemented health management programs, oversaw provider relations programs, worked as a financial analyst, and a surgical technician in experimental surgery. Throughout his career, Dan has focused on understanding the relationship between business and technology and utilizing past experiences to build relationships between groups and individuals.
