Ryan Decker

Ryan Decker has a diverse work experience. Ryan started their career in 2003 as a Youth Pastor at Vine Evangelical Church until 2005. Ryan then transitioned to the field of marketing, working as the Director of Marketing at North Central University from 2007 to 2010. After that, they became the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing at the same university from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, Ryan joined Concord, where they initially served as a Sr. Consultant, UX Designer & UI Developer until 2019. Later, they were promoted to the role of Director, Digital & User Experience.

Ryan Decker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry from North Central University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005.
