Haleh Kendell

Haleh Kendell is the Director of Hosting Operations at Concourse Hosting. Haleh has been with the company since August 2015, first as a Tableau Analyst. In that role, Haleh was the first point of contact for customers for all their Tableau needs. Haleh trained customers how to use Tableau Server and assisted in deploying new Tableau Server sites for customers. Haleh also helped develop custom dashboards based on customer specification.

In June 2016, Haleh was promoted to their current role as Director of Hosting Operations. In this role, they are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hosting department, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Haleh also works closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that Concourse Hosting’s products and services are meeting customer needs.

Haleh Kendell has a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from the University of Washington. Haleh also has a Minor in Creative Writing from the University of Washington.

They are on a team with Minoo Ahdieh - Operations Manager, T.K. Kapelak - Account Manager, and Damon Moody - Automation & Build Engineer. Haleh Kendell reports to Glen Kendell, President & CEO.
