Brian Winter is an accomplished leader in customer success with extensive experience at SAP Concur since February 2011. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success, Brian has held various leadership positions, including Senior Director and Director of Client Success, overseeing numerous teams and driving significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth. Brian's efforts have resulted in the successful adoption of products by over 28 customer success managers and numerous tenured customers, with achievements including being named Leader of the Year in 2018 and consistently exceeding pipeline and churn metrics. Prior to SAP Concur, Brian excelled in inside sales at DJO LLC. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an Associate of Arts from North Dakota State College of Science.
