Cate Everett

Cate Everett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and content development. Currently serving as the Director of Global Content for Client Success in the SMB division at SAP Concur since January 2016, Cate develops and produces engaging content to help clients maximize their software solutions. Prior roles at SAP Concur included Client Success Manager, responsible for managing over 300 clients and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Previously, Cate worked as a Marketing Specialist at Bock & Associates, Inc., where responsibilities included managing marketing activities, executing campaigns, and collaborating with the National Sales Team. Cate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Buying & Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
