Curt Pierce

Curt Pierce serves as the Director of Managed Business Services at SAP Concur, leading global Service and Operations teams across eight regions with over 300 members, managing more than 20,000 accounts. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Global Support & Services and Supervisor of Client & User Support, where Curt focused on client satisfaction through staff development and training. Previous positions include Operations Manager at Underdeck and General Manager at All American Granite, where Curt implemented significant improvements in quality control and cost management. Curt holds multiple degrees in Business Administration from Bemidji State University and Cheonggang Academy.
