Jesse Patterson

Jesse Patterson is an experienced professional with a strong background in business engagement, program management, and operations. Currently serving as a Business Engagement Analyst at SAP Concur since February 2018, Jesse is responsible for collaborating with various business areas to prioritize IT requests and translate them into actionable work. Previous roles include Program Manager, where Jesse independently managed the lifecycle of Concur Services & Support projects, and Services Enablement Specialist, focusing on global project implementations. Jesse's experience also includes serving as Director of Operations and Business Development at Ben & Jerry's, and Director of Festival Operations for Festivals Inc., where large-scale events were planned and executed. Earlier experience includes coordinating events for the Pacific Science Center. Jesse holds a BA in Communication from Washington State University.
