Precy Graida

Precy Graida has a diverse background in customer service and administrative roles, beginning with experience as a Cashier at Merchantile Stores Group Inc in 2005. Precy later worked as a Sales Crew/Cashier Reliever at Suyen Corporation and completed an on-the-job training as a Trainee at PLDT. This foundation led to a position as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica, where Precy progressed to the role of Team Lead. In 2014, Precy served as a Supervisor in Service Administration and Client Support for Travel at SAP Concur. Precy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and an additional qualification in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.
