Aina has an M.Sc. from NTNU in Applied Physics where she focused on thin film deposition for solar cell applications. She has more than 10 years of experience working with R&D as a scientist and project manager, as well as experience in running Production and Supply Chain. Aina has previously worked at REC, Sintef, GE Presens, and Tunable.
