Ian Common

Ian Common is the Compensation Director for Western Europe at Condé Nast, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they served as Senior Manager of Compensation for EMEA at The Walt Disney Company from 2020 to 2023. Ian has extensive experience in executive remuneration, having worked as Reward Manager and Senior Reward Analyst at Santander UK from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Ian held positions as a Legal Costs Negotiator at Portner & Jaskel Solicitors and as an HR Generalist at the Financial Services Authority. They also worked as a Compensation Consultant at EMC and as Compensation Manager and Head of Compensation at KPMG UK from 2014 to 2017.
