Leonardo Perin

Leonardo Perin, CGA, holds a degree in mechanical production engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an Executive MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. They have extensive experience in finance and risk management, having worked as a Senior Management Consultant at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado from 2010 to 2017, where they supported major companies like Adidas and Petrobras. Leonardo served as COO and Risk Director at Arazul Capital before taking on the role of Head of Finance and Head of Crédito e Risco at CondoConta in 2025. They have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, risk policy structuring, and operational efficiency throughout their career.
