Ashraf Alsherief

Ashraf Alsherief is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and business development, currently serving as a Project Management Officer at Condor Electronics SPA since April 2013. Key achievements include designing and deploying a transformation of the after-sale department into an independent entity with integrated ERP and CRM applications. Previous roles include Director of the Project Management Office, where Ashraf led capability improvement plans, and Strategic Planning Project Manager, overseeing key strategic initiatives. Prior to Condor Electronics, Ashraf held significant management positions at Bahgat Group, including General Manager, guiding the activities of Goldi Service Company, and focusing on organizational development through systematic change.
